Patient Discrimination to be Standard Policy by Event Organizers
APR 25, 2017 – Coachella organizers have banned medical marijuana patients from bringing their medicine to the event in Indio, California. Even though cannabis is legal in California now, the organizers have decided to take a stance that clearly discriminates against patient’s medical rights, and JTMP strongly condemns this policy and calls for it to be immediately stopped. Cannabis is a MEDICINE, and many patients need to medicate at regular intervals, especially when standing at an event all day. Medical marijuana patient rights are frequently and flagrantly violated by restaurants, musical events and more, and it needs to stop. For more on the story check out The Press Enterprise below.
